How Much Does Missouri Expungement Cost?
Cost is the first question most people have, and it should be easy to answer. Here’s how we price expungement, and what actually goes into it.
Our flat fee
We charge one flat fee for most single-charge expungements, plus the court’s filing fee. You get that number in writing before you hire us, so you’ll always know the total before you decide, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
What’s included in the fee
- A full review of your case and eligibility
- Drafting and filing your petition
- Serving all parties the statute requires
- Attorney appearance at the hearing where allowed
- Status updates and a copy of the signed order
What’s quoted separately
- The court filing fee (set by the county; we tell you the exact amount up front)
- Additional charges in a multi-charge case (quoted individually, always before you commit)
- Unusually complex felony matters
Why flat fee?
Because you deserve to know what clearing your record costs before you start, not after. Hourly billing rewards delay; a flat fee rewards getting it done.
Common questions
Are there payment options?
Ask us during your free review, and we’ll be straightforward about the total and how payment works before you commit to anything.
Is the court filing fee included?
No. The court sets its own filing fee, which is separate from our flat fee. We’ll tell you the exact amount for your county up front.
