How long after a felony can I expunge it in Missouri?
Generally three years after you complete the entire sentence (including probation or parole and payment of all fines and restitution) with no new convictions. We confirm the exact timeline for your case.
Can I expunge more than one felony?
Missouri allows up to two felony expungements in a lifetime (plus separate limits for misdemeanors). If you have more than one, we help you decide which to pursue and when.
Which felonies can’t be expunged?
Class A felonies, dangerous felonies, offenses requiring sex-offender registration, and felonies involving death, among others, are not eligible. Many Class C–E felonies are.
