Can a DWI be expunged in Missouri?
A first-time alcohol-related driving offense can be expunged under a separate Missouri statute, once in a lifetime, generally 10 years after the offense, if you’ve stayed out of further alcohol-related driving trouble.
Why is DWI treated differently?
